GOD IS EXPENSIVE
In the grip of poverty's harsh reality
Struggles unseen, a soul's mortality.
Seeking solace in the divine's embrace,
But met with chaos, life's frantic race.
God, a distant dream, beyond reach,
In poverty's clutch, lessons teach.
For one who ne'er touched the divine's hand
Claims sole wisdom, in barren land.
Amidst the throng, he waits his turn,
In silent supplication, his heart does yearn.
Denied by wealth, shunned by pride,
His faith in God, a humble guide.
But those who've felt its gentle might,
See unity in faith's true sight.
